Johnny Svedberg, Chairman
Johnny Svedberg has 26 years of telecommunication and IT industry experience from suppliers,
consulting and network operators. He has for 10 years, as an Executive director of Tele2 AB,
been responsible for the market entry and business development of telecommunications services
into Eastern Europe and Russia. He has also in parallel been the COO for Tele2 group and
managed various Group companies. He has during his career been living and working abroad
in the UK, Saudi Arabia and USA.
Peter Johansson, President & CEO
Peter Johansson founded Clavister in
Örnsköldsvik in 1997. He managed the
company through its rapid growth, positioning
Clavister to become a leading IT security
provider with a global presence and over 50
employees. Prior to founding Clavister, Peter
Johansson worked as a consultant at Hevac
for three years and as project manager at ÅF
IPK for four years.
Jan Olof Backman
Jan Olof Backman is currently Director of
Business Development and a member of the
executive management team at Coor Service
Management. Prior to joining Coor he worked
as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He is on
the board of several companies, including
Microsystemation AB (where he is
Chairman), ProDacapo and Firefly.
Peter Dahlander
Peter Dahlander has been on the Clavister
board since 2005. He has a wide
background in the financial services sector
and has long telecom and IT experience. He
has most recently worked at Carnegie and
Handelsbanken. On the Clavister board,
Peter is mainly focused on finance and
transaction related matters.
